Revenue operations for data analysts to monitor and identify gaps.
The customer creation is the first step the analyst takes when onboarding a new business. Adding the customer and uploading their data set kicks off the process. Their data is analyzed and a operations pipeline is parsed and created for them.
Analysts have the ability to override the created pipeline and might opt for creating steps of their own or ones that are important but more specific to this specific
The report page is the landing page after sign in for the analyst. It returns them to the data for the customer they were last working with. Using the cell style grid allowed us to quickly highlight gaps in the customers operations that the are critical for the analyst to dig further into.
Below is a drawer that comes out when selecting a cell. This gives the analyst all the data that is behind that one cell. It also provides them with the ability to create a workstream allowing for more action to be taken and documented.
A workstream is an event created by the analyst to further track a specific cohort of data. Usually this is determined through gap analysis from the reports and it's associated data. This allows for that cohort to be tracked indefinitely going forward or for a specified amount of time.
The screen below is an alternate view of a workstreams main view giving a data visualization in a line graph showing how it evolves over time. This can help with quickly seeing any changes that weren't initially visible, or were missed during a time period.
An analyst has many businesses they are working with. Having a way to quickly move around to the different functions of the tool is important. The sidebar allows for easy navigation with the bottom allowing immediate switching between customers.
