Desktop and mobile asset monitoring and planning of maintenance operations for the aviation industry. Leveraging predictive analytics to minimize downtime of aircrafts.
The field service agent is responsible for the open issues on an aircraft and making sure it’s cause and proper remediation is sent to a maintenance center. On top of this, they’re making sure the parts get delivered or are already there. They need to be able to see all the potential prognoses for a given aircraft in their fleet as well as associated events and data surrounding a particular failure.
The maintenance center page is used by a maintenance control center operator. They’re in charge of a fleet of assets and with making sure they’re scheduled for maintenance at an appropriate time to prevent downtime. To help visualize this for them we opted for a layout in the style that’s already similar for them where they can see where an aircraft will be at any given point. Our analytics gives them the best possible place to take care of the maintenance while minimizing downtime.
Station managers are usually in charge of a whole department of a hangar. They need to properly track what maintenance has been scheduled, if it’s possible to take care of it in the time given or at all for their location, and track the work currently being done as well as the work that’s been completed. They work with multiple areas of the hangar, in those areas usually are multiple bays where separate work is being done. We decided we would give them this overview of the work scheduled in each area and clicking into an area would expand it to allow for the bays schedules to be accessed better.
